What we love about Los Gatos for family sessions.
Los Gatos and Vasona Park are the easy, green option for families in the South Bay and Silicon Valley who don't want to make the drive to the coast. Big lawns, oak shade, a lake, and light that filters beautifully through the trees in the late afternoon. It's relaxed and central, which makes it a favorite for families with young kids and for anyone squeezing a session into a busy weekend.
Best time of year
Spring for green grass, fall for warm light. The park shoots well most of the year.
